  Below average score due to inaccuracies of orders when walking inside. This may possibly be due to their focus on drive-thru customers. Staff is friendly enough at this store but not very attentive to the customer.

  My experience with Caribou Coffee in general has been positive; however, this location has been lack luster in customer service and quality each time we've visited. We chalked up the slow service due to the drive thru being crowded, but soon realized this was the norm. For example, recently there was one car in front of us and I ordered my wife a small drink. The people before us had already ordered when we pulled up and they waited 15 minutes for one drink. We pulled up and the barista didn't acknowledge us for five minutes and then said it would be just a moment. Fast forward 20 minutes, we received the drink but while we waited we we're treated to the employees sitting at the open drive thru window complaining with expletive filled rants. I worked in this particular industry for 10+ years and managed a store this behavior and customer service is unacceptable.

  Great service. The only downside is the drive thru and parking lot can be tough to navigate when busy.

  Wonderful customer service!!!! The employees there always make my morning better. I go there specifically because they're so upbeat. There's a blonde and brunette duo there that always brighten my day. They're so funny!!! Keep up the great work!
